Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Jess is proud to call it home. He is married with one daughter and is a dedicated father who values family time above all else. Outside of work, Jess enjoys hiking, playing golf, and getting creative in the kitchen—where he finds joy in cooking and sharing meals with loved ones.
